Directions
About this water

A lower-Miño tributary draining the Condado country between Mondariz and Salvaterra. The Tea has been one of Galicia's classic salmon tributaries historically, but the 2026 Galician salmon closure rules it out as a legal salmon target. It remains a fine wild brown trout river and one of the more reliable Pontevedra sea-trout (reo) systems in the lower reaches. Granite freestone character, slower-clearing than Lugo schist water but with a steady fishing window once the dropping stage sets in.
