Terms & Conditions

1. River and Fishing Data Are Predictions Only
The river conditions, flow forecasts, hatch predictions, and fishing scores provided by Rise Daisy are computed from gauge readings, rainfall data, and environmental models. They are predictions, not live measurements. Actual conditions on the water can differ significantly — rivers rise and fall quickly, beats close without notice, and hatches do not follow schedules.
Always check local sources, speak to the ghillie or beat holder, and use your own judgement before travelling to fish. The app is a starting point, not a guarantee.
2. No Guarantee of Accuracy
While we work hard to source accurate gauge data from national agencies (Environment Agency, SEPA, OPW, EA, SAIH, and others), we make no warranties about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any data presented. Gauge stations fail, data feeds update at irregular intervals, and computed outputs carry inherent uncertainty.
3. Use at Your Own Risk
Fishing involves inherent risks. By using Rise Daisy, you acknowledge that any decisions you make based on our data — including travelling to a venue, wading a river, or assessing conditions — are your own responsibility. We accept no liability for accidents, injury, equipment loss, or wasted journeys.
4. No Liability
We cannot be held responsible for any harm, injury, loss, or damage arising from your use of Rise Daisy or from activities you undertake based on it. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
5. General Terms
Rise Daisy and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We may update, change, or remove content at any time without notice. External links (to beat booking sites, ghillie contacts, permit providers) are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement or responsibility for those sites.
6. Venue Data and Contributions
Rise Daisy contains data about rivers, fisheries, beats, and permits. Some of this data is contributed by users. We review contributions before publishing them, but we cannot guarantee their accuracy. Permit prices, availability, access restrictions, and fishing rules change — always confirm with the beat holder or riparian owner before fishing.
By submitting a venue suggestion or edit, you confirm that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are not violating any third-party rights.

10. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. Deleting your account will cancel any active subscriptions and permanently remove your data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
