A small thirty-three-acre limestone put-and-take lake near Tullamore, stocked regularly with rainbow and brown trout and giving honest, steady sport. The fish that overwinter grow on handsomely — rainbows of seven to twelve pounds have come out — so it is worth a cast even when the freshly-stocked fish are quiet. The banks are soft, so the provided stands are the safe and sensible place to fish from. Pallas Anglers run it on membership or day ticket.
