Tonglu's own fisheries regulations set a named closed reach on it — 分水江老大桥 to 横村一桥 — and exempt recreational angling from the closure, which makes its legal position unusually explicit for a river this size. / 分水江是本册所收钱塘江支流中最大的一条，也是那位常钓壶源溪与葛溪的杭州博主点名的水域。桐庐县天然水域渔业资源保护实施办法明确划出分水江老大桥至横村一桥的禁渔河段，并将休闲垂钓排除在外，法律位置对这样体量的河流而言相当清楚。
