A Pisuerga tributary draining the Aguilar de Campoo country and joining the parent river near Pomar de Valdivia. The Camesa runs through limestone-influenced freestone terrain — clear, partly canopied, with steady gradients and good pool-riffle structure. Wild brown trout only. Best fished from late April through June in the middle reaches around Pomar; the upper Sierra de Híjar tributaries hold up later.
