About this water

An Alto Duero headwater rising in the Sierra de Urbión above Vinuesa. The Revinuesa is short, steep, alpine — Atlantic-meadow trout water at altitude, with broken pocket-pool structure and the kind of careful sight-fishing that small clear rivers demand. Wild brown trout only. Best fished from late May through July, after the Sierra de Urbión snowmelt has dropped back.
