The very source of Poland's greatest river, rising in the Silesian Beskids as a small mountain stream. Wild brown trout in pristine alpine water, utterly different in character from the mighty Vistula downstream. The sort of headwater where you feel like you're fishing creation.

Carpathian rivers (San, Dunajec, Biała, Skawa, Raba) hold excellent grayling — check local Okręg PZW district permit for specific conditions.
