Sheboygan River

Wisconsin — Lake Michigan, USfreestonemixed

The Sheboygan is the second Wisconsin Lake Michigan fix: a proper salmon-and-steelhead tributary between Milwaukee and the northeast rivers, with city access, fall salmon, cold-season steelhead and lake-run brown potential. It keeps the Wisconsin coverage from being just Racine plus a blank map.

Best window

Salmon Sep–Oct; steelhead late autumn through spring

Tactical notes

City/tributary mix: use clarity and access, not just lake-run calendar, to score it.
