Klarevatten is one of eight lakes making up Svartedalens Sportfiske, a Sportfiskarna-run put-and-take system inside the Svartedalen nature reserve and Natura 2000 area — one of western Sweden's largest continuous coniferous-forest wildernesses, roughly 25km north of Gothenburg. Continuously stocked rainbow trout is the primary target, with pike and perch also present and a small brown trout population. Accessible and well set up for visiting anglers, with limited seasonal dead-bait pike permits added for 2025.
