Searching tight to vertical structure — pontoons, weed walls, harbour walls, lock approaches. The first fly on at any perch session when nothing else tells you what to do.
Why it works
The dumbbell eyes jig the fly on every pause, mimicking a wounded fry. The hook-up orientation keeps it fishable in the snaggy lies perch actually hold in.
