Spring and summer on English reservoirs fished from a boat on a fast retrieve. Good in open water above submerged weed beds where trout are hunting.

Why it works

The articulated or long-shank design creates a natural undulating motion at speed. Olive is the colour of most aquatic prey in English reservoirs and reads as something the fish recognises as food.
