Fish this when
Clear riffles, pocket water and runs where caddis cases are visible on stones. The default natural nymph when fish are feeding near the bottom.
Why it works
Slovenian rivers are caddis-rich limestone systems. A natural olive or green larva, properly weighted and drifted on the bottom, needs no flash or trigger to work.
