An Irish shrimp pattern born on the River Faughan — orange and gold dressing designed to show up in coloured spate water. Swing it deep and slow through the pools on a sinking tip when the river is carrying peat. Fresh salmon in a flood will take this when they cannot see — or will not acknowledge — anything more subtle.
