A steep Poqueira / Pampaneira headwater row that belongs to the same Sierra Nevada metamorphic template as Trevélez, not to the Cazorla limestone model. Expect tiny plunge pools, short seams, hard walking, and a compressed post-snowmelt season in wild brown-trout water. Access and fishability depend heavily on flow, altitude, and exact National Park boundary restrictions.
