Maramec Spring Park
Maramec Spring Park is the fourth piece of the Missouri trout-park set and the most useful St Louis-facing park entry. It is privately owned by The James Foundation but operated as a public-use trout park, with Maramec Spring Branch and the Meramec River carrying daily stocked trout through the park season. As with Bennett, the product value is rule clarity: daily tag in the catch-and-keep season, annual trout permit replacing the daily tag in winter catch-and-release, park entry logistics, and a clear distinction between stocked park water and broader Meramec River trout context.

1 March – 31 October
Catch-and-keep trout park season runs March 1 to October 31; winter catch-and-release season follows in November–February. Daily trout tag required in the catch-and-keep season unless exempt; annual trout permit replaces the daily tag during winter C&R. Verify current park dates, prices, times and rules.
Tactical notes
Treat as a stocked trout-park venue, not a wild spring creek. Useful because of access, St Louis proximity and clear park structure.
Regulations
Missouri trout park. Fishing permit and daily trout tag required during March 1–October 31 unless exempt; annual trout permit replaces daily tag during winter catch-and-release. Verify current dates, times, tag/entry costs and brown-trout length rules before launch.
