The Aniak gives the Alaska pack proper Kuskokwim depth. It is a remote clearwater tributary system known for rainbows, grayling, char and salmon, often approached as a float or lodge/boat trip rather than a road destination. It belongs because ADF&G itself identifies the lower Kuskokwim drainages, including the Aniak, as popular rainbow-trout sport fisheries. Keep the page low-hype and planning-heavy: access, emergency orders, weather, bears and subsistence context all matter.
