About this water

A compact limestone Irati tributary draining from the High Pyrenees near the Orbé massif. Small stream with clear alpine freestone and relatively high summer temperatures. Rapid snowmelt response; flows low by July–August. Wild brown trout throughout. Tight-line nymphing and small dries in broken water. Access limited — largely private forest; seek permission or fish the main Irati stem.
