Buzzer-team leader rig
TroutSubsurface
Method-pattern: buzzers strung between a buoyant booby/FAB on a long leader, fished static or inched — the staple reservoir buzzer presentation.
Fish this when
On reservoirs during a buzzer hatch when fish are cruising just under the surface, fished static or with the slowest figure-of-eight so the trailed buzzers hang at a fixed depth.
Why it works
The buoyant point fly holds the whole leader up like real washing on a line, keeping two or three buzzers suspended at exactly the fish's feeding depth instead of sinking past it.
